Directions:

STEP 1: 📥 Submit Your Request

Fill out the Media Request Form here on our website or email us directly at info@letsvamonos.com with the subject line:
Media Services Request – [Your Business Name or Event Title]

Include the following:

  • Your name & business/organization

  • Date, time, and location of event (if applicable)

  • Type of coverage requested (e.g., photography, BTS video, live interviews, reels, IG stories, media recap)

  • Your goals or intended use for content

  • Deadline for final deliverables

STEP 2: 🗓 Confirm Availability

Once we receive your request, we’ll respond within 48 hours to:

  • Confirm date/time availability

  • Schedule a consultation (15–20 minutes) to discuss your vision

  • Provide an estimated quote or recommend a package that fits your needs

STEP 3: 📃 Sign Agreement & Submit Deposit

After the consultation, we will send:

  • A service agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and timeline

  • An invoice for a 50% deposit to reserve your spot

✅ Note: Full payment is due before content is released.

STEP 4: 🎥 Day-of Coverage

We’ll arrive early to capture content as planned. Please have:

  • A main point of contact onsite

  • Any brand materials or messaging ready (if needed)

  • Social media tags or hashtags you’d like included
